What book do you pick up?
I think i would have to pick up "Vampire Kisses" By Ellen Schreiber. It's a very light, entertaining read. It's not heavy at all and its such a cute and fast read. Another one i would choose is "Pretty Little Liars" By Sara Shepard. Its not really a light read since its a murder mystery type, but its very fast and distracting. You can lose your self in those books.
