What is Bout of Books:
The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 22nd and runs through Sunday, August 28th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. I am so excited to be participating. I usually always do, but this time I am super pumped, because I recently started my own Independent Scentsy Business and it has taken over a little lol. The business honestly doesn't have to taken up that much of my time, but I enjoy doing it so much that it is pretty much all I have been doing. Needless to say I have definitely not been reading these last 3 weeks. So, Bout of Books is here to finally kick me in the butt lol.
My only goal is to get some reading done. If I can finish the book I already started "The Ocean at the End of the Lane" by Neil Gaiman and read one other full book this week, I will be super happy!
